As the founder and CEO of G.E.A.R Up Network, he leads a collaborative movement designed to strengthen churches, leaders, and ministries through strategic alignment and development. Apostle Gearlds holds a Master of Divinity and an MBA in Organizational Leadership, combining theological depth with practical leadership to equip believers for lasting impact.
